Ink Jet Printing on Pulp Bales
Samuel’s non-contact ink jet systems are the industry leaders. Our application is absolutely clean with no overspray, no fumes, and no additional venting required. With Samuel GEN2 valve print heads, very high resolution print is possible using low cost water based inks. Print variable information such as time/date/shift, serialized numbering of packages, marketing information and logos, number of pieces per package and more using this versatile system.
For real time printing and scanning of pulp bales. The unique bale ID can be linked to a robust 2D bar code for bale inventory and tracking. Scan distances up to 40 feet in varying light - both inside warehouse and outside in full sun. Printing of the bar code is achieved with low cost water based inks. These industrial printing systems come complete with: mechanical, electrical, Windows based controls with diagnostics, available Allen-Bradley ControlLogix remote communication modules, heavy duty printheads and barcode scanners. Remote system support is available for quick software updates and technical assistance.
